We book stadia or training grounds with public-access and broadcast-grade floodlight packages where needed. For London clients we maintain relationships with M25-adjacent venues; regional series can rotate across Manchester, Birmingham and Leeds hubs.
Participant journey
Squads receive iCal fixtures, WhatsApp/Teams playbooks and a single results microsite. HR-led engagement questions can feed NPS-lite pulse surveys after each round.
Production & ceremony
Walk-up music, pyrotechnics where permitted, compere script aligned to your EVP, photo lanes and a trophy moment designed for internal PR. Optional simultaneous stream to regional offices.
Reporting
Attendance, incidents (if any), media usage rights summary and recommendations for the next season — board-ready PDF plus editable Google Slides template.
